Our role during the construction phase is critical in ensuring that project costs and schedule remain in control and within specified guidelines. We monitor drawing submissions, review construction and delivery schedules, identify the scope of work to be done and perform design/construction modeling to prevent the design from generating unanticipated costs.

At the same time we strive to incorporate sustainable construction practices into each project while maintaining awareness for the needs, desires and available resources of our clients. By promoting environmentally responsible business practices we make sure that our work will bring positive results to our customer's projects and to our company, as well to the local community and environment.
